New Releases – June 2019
New Release: Pinot Noir Rosé 2018
In rosé, Pinot Noir delivers bright acidity and soft, subtle aromas of crabapple, watermelon, raspberries, strawberries, and wet stone. The grape can produce earthy-but-elegant wines that are cool, crisp, and dry, and would be delightful with a fresh goat cheese salad or a festive crab salad.
Vintage Release: Pinot Gris 2018
Pinot Gris is a more light bodied wine with a crisp, refreshing taste with some pepper, arugula notes and can be a bit acidic.
Vintage Release: Marquette Rosé 2018
Marquette Rosé is made from Marquette grapes grown here at Drumlin Ridge Winery. Marquette is a cousin to the Frontenac grape, and a “grandchild” of Pinot Noir. It continues to grow in popularity across colder wine regions for its hardiness and wine quality.
Vintage Release: Westport Red 2017
Westport Red 2017 is a sweet medium bodied wine having a deep color and a range of fruity and berry flavors. It typically produces raspberry and cherry fruit qualities with subtle shades of white pepper finished with a round chocolate flavor.
